SARAH BARRETT, BILLING MANAGER & BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Sarah and her team support and manage all of the insurance related compliance, billing, and coding and provide support in onboarding clients so that they are fully informed about their mental health benefits including deductables and co-pay responsibilities. Sarah has a degree in accounting and is federally licensed by the IRS. Sarah is passionate about supporting mental health providers and their clients.
CURRENTLY HIRING: THERAPIST (LMHCA, LMFTA, LPCA, LCSWA)
A right-fit candidate will be looking for a full-time (22-28 weekly load), W-2 position, compensation range of $40-$50 session (DOE), CEU and healthcare subsidy benefits, and PTO and Vacation benefits. Clinician may be an Associate or fully licensed, and must have a MA degree and have fulfilled all associate licesure requirements in Washington state. A fully furnished, private, office-space will be provided and generated leads will be shared. An ideal fit would be a clinician who is called to this vocation, is passionate about helping others, is self-motivated and has a growth mindset and a relational nature and someone who is comfortable/competent seeing couples.
The office space is located on the Northside of Spokane, on Division street for accessibility. The ideal hire-date is Fall-Winter 2024. JOB DESCRIPTION
Documenting/Recording Information — Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining HIPAA compliant information in electronic form, within 24-48 hour company compliance rules.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Assisting and Caring for Others — Providing evidence-based bio/psycho/social/emotional support, or other personal care to others such as coworkers, customers, and clients.
Assessment — Observing, receiving, administering, and otherwise obtaining information from relevant sources.
Managing Caseload - Appropriately coordinating and managing caseload, new client referrals, existing clients, and handling workload in a professional and consistent manner that demonstrates valuing the client and the reputation of the organization.
Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Seeking supervision and support as needed. Documenting thoroughly.
Communicating with People Outside the Organization — Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This information must adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations and can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail, with appropriate ROI (release of information) written documentation.
Maintaining confidentiality in all public/private settings so as to guard and honor our client's anonymity and confidentiality.
Always utilizing non-defining information when consulting with clinicians/supervisors and never consulting in public spaces such as restaurants.
